Yes. Every job comes with our Healthy Home Promise: a 1-year workmanship guarantee. If something we did isn't right within a year of finishing, we come back and fix it at no labor cost. Materials are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.

Fast. Regular house calls are usually scheduled for the day after you contact us. For emergencies, we book your visit right away and quote everything the job needs on the spot. Emergency calls carry a 20% surcharge. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM; weekends for emergencies only.

Yes. If you spend part of the year up north, our Seasonal Home Watch service looks after your home while you're away. You choose weekly visits or one every two weeks. Many insurance policies require a vacant home to be checked on a set schedule, and we can match yours. Every visit includes a walk-through inside and out; a check for water leaks under sinks, around toilets, the water heater and ceilings; making sure the A/C is running and humidity stays low to prevent mold; running faucets and flushing toilets; looking for pests and storm damage; checking doors, windows and locks; and bringing in packages and flyers. After each visit you get a report with photos. If we find a problem, we call you right away, and we can take care of the small repairs ourselves.

Yes. Our Hurricane Ready Check-Up covers caulking and sealing, securing loose items, checking doors, screens and weatherstripping, and a walk-around to spot weak points. After a storm we handle drywall, paint and minor repairs. Installing new shutters, impact windows or roofing requires a licensed contractor, and we can refer one.

Yes! ¡Sí! We work in English and Spanish, from the first call to the final walk-through.

We accept cash or check. Depending on the size of the job and the materials, we may ask for a deposit of 30% to 50% before we start. On larger jobs, materials are paid in advance. The balance is due when the job is done, and every amount is written on your quote, so there are no surprises.
